Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Chester, NJ is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse. The role supports inpatient rehabilitation with day and extended shifts, including weekends, on-site at 201 Pleasant Hill. Compensation ranges from $46.00 to $61.93 per hour plus shift differential.

You will collaborate with a Nursing Assistant to manage a defined patient load and deliver comprehensive care. Minimum requirements include a valid RN license and BLS at hire, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS Certification required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers.
• Initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Timely, accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpretation of lab results and telemetry data.
• Ensure orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Schedule: Full-Time, Days 7AM-7:30PM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $46.00/Hour - $61.93/Hour (Based on Experience)+ Shift Differential

On each shift, you will partner with a Nursing Assistant and handle a manageable case load. Together, you will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan.
