Job summary

Ochsner Rehabilitation Hospital in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead assigned nursing staff and ensure optimal patient care on day shifts. Position: Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: New Orleans, LA

Schedule: Full-Time; 12-Hour Shifts, Day Shift

Compensation: $39.52 to $52.00 per hour, based on years of experience

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.


• BLS is required at hire.


• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse


• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacityCRRN preferred
