Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, Bethlehem, PA, is part of Universal Health Services. The Nursing Supervisor will lead nursing care on shift and serve as the on-site administrator during off hours, coordinating admissions, discharges, emergency responses, and overall patient care in a state-of-the-art facility utilizing EPIC.

The role features three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with alternating weekends and holidays, offering a rewarding environment and strong benefits.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current PA licensure required.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience required.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred.

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Nursing Supervisor is a registered nurse who provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift. The nursing supervisor is the on site administrator during the \"off hours\" (weekends, holidays, evening and night shifts) providing direction and supervision in all areas of the hospital. The nursing supervisor coordinates admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes and overall quality of care for patients.

Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts a week from 7:00 am - 7:30 pm including every other weekend and every other holiday
