Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, Bethlehem, PA, is part of Universal Health Services. The Nursing Supervisor will lead nursing care on shift and serve as the on-site administrator during off hours, coordinating admissions, discharges, emergency responses, and overall patient care in a state-of-the-art facility utilizing EPIC.

The role features three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with alternating weekends and holidays, offering a rewarding environment and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current PA licensure required.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience required.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift.
• Acts as on-site administrator during off hours (weekends, holidays, evenings and nights).
• Coordinates admissions, discharges, response to emergency codes, and overall quality of care for patients.

Education

Associate's degree in nursing
