Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an approved program; graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state where the facility is located.
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with correctional staff, nurses, contract providers and agencies.
- Staff scheduling and coverage monitoring, including overtime.
- Recruiting, onboarding, supervising, and evaluating performance.
