Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Warden/Facility Administrator for daily clinical operations.
• Manage and supervise daily nursing/clinical activities.
• Supervise nursing and non-licensed health care providers and evaluate performance.
• Provide direct patient care within licensure scope and treat inmates/residents.
• Ensure adequate staffing and fill in during short staffing periods.
• Perform triage, physical assessments, emergency care, and physician order execution.
