A leading rehabilitation hospital in Madison seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and provide exceptional care for patients. The position includes full-time daytime shifts and requires a valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS within the first 6 months. You will manage nursing personnel, maintain patient care standards, and support the overall mission of exceptional patient care. Competenze

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and serve as a resource person.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implementing hospital standards.
• Collaborate for continuity of care under the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
