This full-time Days role leads unit operations, coordinates staffing, and supports interdisciplinary rounds to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a competitive benefits package. Required RN license, BSN preferred, and current BLS/ACLS; CCRN preferred for ICU track.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred; higher qualification a plus.
• BLS and ACLS required on hire and maintained.
• CCRN preferred for ICU track; NRP required after 90 days.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily unit operations and assigns staff to patients.
• Leads interdisciplinary rounds and coordinates staffing to balance workloads.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations and department plans.
• Provides orientation and training for personnel; evaluates staff performance.
• Performs direct patient care within the scope of practice when needed.
