Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation- Madison is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the inpatient rehabilitation unit. This full-time dayshift role offers a competitive hourly compensation between $42.36 and $60.50, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a strong orientation program.

You will collaborate with Nursing Assistants to manage caseloads, perform comprehensive assessments, document in EPIC, and support patients through their care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum: valid State RN license and BLS at hire.
• Preferred: BSN or enrollment in BSN program, clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and transfers and perform initial assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using EPIC and interpret lab/telemetry data.
• Transcribe orders correctly and contribute to quality improvement.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
