Job summary

National Health Care Associates is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the 7-3 shift (Monday-Friday) at our Bloomfield, Connecticut location. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a valid state nursing license, supervisory experience in long-term care, and strong clinical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
