Job summary

KidsPeace is seeking a Nursing Supervisor-Residential Services. This RN leads nursing care for children in residential schools and community nursing offices, administers medications, conducts assessments, and guides clinical planning.

The role includes supervising nurses and clerks, coordinating staffing, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure continuous, high-quality client care. Background in pediatric behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing with at least three years of direct clinical service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Complete nursing assessments at admission and annually.
• Develop and update care plans based on client needs and medical issues.
• Assess client behavior and mental status.
• Supervise nursing staff and unit clerks, ensure 24/7 coverage.
