Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Supervisor, Nursing-Psychiatry Access to oversee the psychiatry access nursing team and ensure safe, integrated care across regional sites.

Reporting to the Manager, Nursing-Psychiatry, you will drive daily operations, mentor staff, coordinate patient care, and lead process improvements to boost access and outcomes while maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio required.
• 3+ years of experience in ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations for Psychiatry Access.
• Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff.
• Coordinate patient care across departments and sites.
• Implement process improvements and monitor metrics for program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal standards and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in recruitment and staff retention activities.
