Job summary

Signature Health is seeking a Site Manager to oversee nursing operations at designated regional sites, driving patient access and high-quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, you will lead the nursing team, ensure compliant clinical procedures, and coordinate with departments.

You will implement process improvements, provide coaching, manage safety, and support recruitment and retention of care team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio required.
• 4+ years of experience in an ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry required.
• 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily objectives and operations of the nursing team.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and seamless administration.
• Lead process improvements and staff meetings.
• Develop metrics for program effectiveness and ensure evidence-based care.
• Provide coaching and ongoing development for team members.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and security for site safety.
• Support recruitment and retention of care team members.
