Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or BSN with anticipated graduation within 4 years from hire date.
• 2+ years outpatient clinical experience with pediatrics preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and staffing to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Monitor billing, patient records, scheduling, and referrals; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide performance feedback and staff development in partnership with Practice Manager.
• Assist in preparing operating budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to achieve business and financial goals.
