BMCHS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate and supervise patient care across nursing units during evening, night, and weekend shifts. The role partners with Clinical Managers to ensure high-quality, timely care and leads staffing decisions.
The on-site supervisor will act as the hospital representative for operational activities and will participate in Nursing Leadership Team planning to meet policies and divisional goals.

The Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who is responsible for coordination and supervision of patient care on multiple nursing units and departments on the evening, night, and weekend shifts. He/she works closely with Clinical Managers and others to ensure that high quality, timely service is provided to all patients.
$50.00- $72.60 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
