Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies.
• Coordinate nursing services with physicians, residents, and other departments.
• Complete and file required medical records, orders, and charting as per policy.
• Supervise the Nursing Service staff and participate in performance reviews.
