Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Matthews, NC seeks a compassionate RN to lead nursing care in a skilled facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
Current CPR certification; ability to communicate in English.
Ability to carry out verbal and written directions; strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with supervisors, coworkers and community staff.
Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
Must work hours as scheduled; must not pose a direct threat to health and safety.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per policies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and infection control policies.
Maintain established standards of practice and participate in health and safety procedures.
