Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel per policy.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitary and infection control standards.
