Job summary

The Willows Health and Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate RN for a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality of care.

Required RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and strong communication. Monday–Friday 8:30a–5:00p with weekend rotation; full-time with generous PTO and benefits. Wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess CPR certification and be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
