Saber Healthcare Group seeks an RN in a nursing leadership role for a skilled nursing facility in Ohio. The position offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00am–4:30pm shifts, and on-call evenings/weekends.

Compensation is $43.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Eligible candidates must hold an active RN license in Ohio, CPR certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and policies.
