Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work (Virginia).
- Must possess a current CPR certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail in a care setting.
- Commitment to safety and sanitary practices and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes of care.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other staff delivering care.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local standards and policies.
- Adhere to infection control policies and maintain quality of care.
