Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with supervision and community staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per policy.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitary and infection control standards.
