Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required).
• 2 years nursing experience with 1 year minimum clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuity of patient care in the absence of unit nurse managers/directors across hospital areas.
• Supervises hospital personnel to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Assigns patient care according to staff ability and patient needs.
• Evaluates care and provides feedback to personnel and adjusts as needed.
