Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct complex patient care operations for continuity.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Serve as facility nursing expert with clinical guidance during all hours.
• Allocate staff and resources to maintain safe operations.
• Lead system-wide initiatives and mentor staff.
