Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a compassionate LPN for a nursing leadership role delivering individualized care. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, planning, administering care, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state of work.
Must possess a current CPR certification.
Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff per policy.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
