Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Milford, OH seeks a licensed practical nurse to join a skilled nursing facility team. You will assess resident needs, implement care plans, administer nursing care and supervise aides to ensure top-quality resident care.

The role is full-time, Mon-Fri 7:00a–3:30p with on-call rotation. Compensation is based on experience, with comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for education and leadership development.

Qualifications

Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
CPR certification required and ability to communicate in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer nursing care and monitor patient progress against care plans.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
