Job summary

First Choice CHC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing staff, lab personnel and X-ray tech within our primary health care clinic. You will support Providers, supervise operations, ensure regulatory readiness, and document follow-ups and actions for identified issues.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluations, safety and infection control oversight, and ensuring a safe, clean clinical environment while maintaining quality patient care standards.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and valid.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in improvement or safety roles.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and mid-levels with procedures and medications.
• Supervise nursing staff, labs, and X-ray personnel; implement training.
• Lead staff education on safety, infection control, OSHA, and CPR verifications.
• Plan and manage the nursing program; review activities with the CM0.
• Support quality assessment/improvement activities and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly clinical environment.
• Plan work standards, counsel staff, and handle sensitive situations.
• Track and analyze data on safety, infection, and quality.
