Job summary

UVA Community Health in Manassas, VA, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor III responsible for leading a team of 20+ clinical FTEs, including RNs and medical staff, to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

The role partners with the Clinic Administrator to implement organizational goals, coordinate the clinical environment, and maintain nursing standards. Requires RN licensure and prior supervisory experience with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required. Minimum of 2 year supervisory or lead experience required.
• Licensure: RN licensure in applicable state preferred.
• BLS required. Ability to successfully complete general and department role based specific skills validation and competency testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 20 or more clinical FTEs including RNs/LPNs and other staff.
• Collaborates with Clinic Administrator to ensure goals and efficient delivery of care.
• Provides patient care support within nursing scope of practice as clinical leader.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
