St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the Chemo Infusion team at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Boise.

You will lead a patient-focused, collaborative team to ensure safe, high-quality cancer care and compliance with clinical standards, while fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. The role requires an RN license, 3+ years of RN experience, and a desire to influence performance improvement.

St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Boise is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the Chemo Infusion team. You would be joining a patient focused, collaborative, and creative leadership team!

• Full-time: 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period)
• Schedule: 4 days x 9-hour shifts a week
• Certification pay (ex. OCN)
• Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires!
• Key Responsibilities : Lead and support the team, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards
• Coach, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff to support professional growth and performance excellence
• Foster a positive team culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting accountability
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Provide operational leadership to support smooth daily department operations
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and support continuous process enhancement
• Assist with budget planning, resource management, and assessment of clinical service needs

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: Three (3) + years’ relevant RN experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Preferred: Oncology experience and/or Leadership experience
