Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of nursing staff and ensure safe, compliant care.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, conduct evaluations, and support orientation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections; maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor incident reports, medication errors, and patient outcomes as part of quality improvement.
• Coordinate care with medical leadership and participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
• Oversee chart audits, inventory, and incident reporting; assist with policy development.
