The Village of St. Edward seeks an Assistant Director of Health Services (Nursing Supervisor) to provide 24-hour leadership for residents across Assisted Living and Memory Care at the Green, OH campus.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license.
• 1–3 years of management or leadership in long-term care, assisted living, or home health.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour nursing operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate care plans for Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio RC Facility rules and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and staff development.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to concerns.
