Job summary

The Gardens at St. Elizabeth in Denver, CO, seeks a Health and Wellness Director to lead the Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role oversees resident care, experience, compliance, and staff oversight in collaboration with CHI Living Communities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive resident-centered care, ensure regulatory adherence, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous quality improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience leading assisted living and memory care teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure quality resident care.
• Promote effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support operational excellence.
• Lead staff development.
• Satisfy all educational in-service requirements mandated by CHI Living Communities, the department, external accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
• Evaluate resident/family needs in relation to resources and refer to appropriate agency or resource.
