Signature Health Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership for Addiction and Primary Care services at our Mentor, Ohio site.

You will oversee nursing teams, champion evidence-based care, and drive improvements to patient access and outcomes. The role requires an RN license in Ohio, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and several years of supervisory experience in healthcare or psychiatry, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid unencumbered RN license in Ohio required.
• 3+ years of experience in ambulatory, acute, residential or inpatient psychiatry preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight and leadership to Addiction and Primary Care teams.
• Ensure evidence-based care delivery and patient access.
• Lead process improvement and standardization efforts.
• Monitor program effectiveness and clinical protocols.
• Support staff recruitment and retention activities.
• Coordinate care across departments and with community partners.
