Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team, provide supervision, education, and training, and ensure documentation complies with state/federal regulations and Pinnacle policies.

You will work with minimal supervision, manage audits and surveys, and support staff development while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with medical and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold Ohio licensure: LCDC III, LICDC or LICDC-CS; LISW or LISW-S; LPCC; or psychologist/psychiatrist/MFT licensure.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

• Provides clinical supervision, education, and training for the clinical team.
• Ensures all clinical documentation complies with state/federal regulations and Pinnacle policies.
• Leads programs and coordinates with surveys, inspections, and funding sources.
• Manages and supports staff development and ongoing professional growth.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and protects patient rights.
• Directs and participates in seminars, counseling, and educational activities of the program.
