Job summary

Country Arch Care Center is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to oversee patient care and manage the nursing team at our long-term care facility in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be an RN or LPN with leadership experience and the ability to handle stressful situations.

You will schedule shifts, assign staff, monitor standards, and report on productivity and quality metrics, while ensuring policy compliance and staff training.

Qualifications

• Must have proven work experience as a nursing supervisor.
• Deep knowledge of hospital procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Nurse licensure in NJ (RN or LPN) is required or clearly eligible.

Our Long-Term Care facility is currently looking to hire a qualified Nursing Supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility.

The ideal candidate would have solid experience as a Registered Nurse, RN, or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, and is able to handle stressful situations. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Further training in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operations at our facility through day-to-day management and long-term planning.
