Job summary

HEALTH CARE 4 ALL INC in Orlando, FL seeks a compassionate Clinical Manager (RN) to lead our Home Health team. You will provide clinical oversight, ensure Medicare compliance, and drive quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, Home Health experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A positive, team-focused attitude and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have active Florida RN license.
• Home Health experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and support to field clinicians.

• Support staff development, mentoring, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help drive agency growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
