Job summary

Mercy Medical Center, Inc. invites nursing students graduating in 2027 to participate in a clinical immersion designed to strengthen skills and broaden exposure to clinical healthcare specialties. As a Magnet-designated organization, participants will receive top notch instruction and guidance for their future success as a Registered Nurse.

Students will have the opportunity to participate in share time on a unit of interest. Two cohorts are offered in January 2027 (Jan 4–8 and Jan 18–22).

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in Nursing School with an expected graduation date in 2027.
• Must hold a valid CNA license by the beginning of the program.
• BLS CPR required.

Responsibilities

Summary

We will be holding two cohorts in January 2027. The first is January 4th - 8th and the second is January 18th - 22nd. You must be available for the entire week of one of the cohorts in order to participate.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in Nursing School with an expected graduation date in 2027.
• A valid CNA license is required by the beginning of the program.
• BLS CPR required.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
