Chamberlain University is seeking a Specialist to provide academic reinforcement and NCLEX-RN exam preparation for students. You will work with individuals and in small groups to assess learning styles, identify strengths, and design personalized remediation plans to support academic and professional success.

The role requires nursing credentials, teaching or tutoring experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Salary ranges are publicly posted and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Education or Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in academic environment supporting instruction or tutoring preferred.
• Excellent communication, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Current RN license required; BLS CPR required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates current, detailed knowledge of NCLEX-RN concepts and nursing practice to provide academic support.
• Assists in creating Next Generation NCLEX activities/workshops.
• Communicates and documents student progress to academic leadership.
• Provides individual or group tutoring.
• Participates in outreach to students at risk.
