Lake Huron Medical Center is seeking a Student Extern in a per diem role. Under the supervision of an RN, you will provide direct patient care and assist the care team. You will start as a nursing assistant and advance as you demonstrate competency under supervision.

The position requires completion of at least the first nursing-semester, good academic standing, and a current BLS certification; CNA preferred. Per diem, daytime shifts, on-site in Michigan.

Formación

• Successfully completed the first semester of a nursing program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist nursing staff with basic tasks as allowed by your program level.
• Follow established protocols and safety standards.
