Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Nursing Students Coop PCA trainee to support nursing units within the Mass General Brigham system. The role involves assisting the healthcare team, promoting a safe and caring environment, monitoring vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs under RN guidance.

Prior coop or clinical experience in ICU/ward settings is preferred. Current Northeastern University nursing students (sophomore to senior) are invited to apply for full-time shifts

Qualifications

• PCA role requires assisting healthcare team and maintaining patient safety.
• Ability to read vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and respond to patient requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the healthcare team and promote a safe, caring environment for patients.
