• 1 year payroll/benefits/records experience.
• 6 months data entry experience.
• PC Windows data entry/reporting software knowledge.
• Typing 30 WPM.
• Strong proofreading skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service with diverse populations.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Diversity awareness and respectful communication.
• Preferred: Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain data for scheduling and payroll for staff reporting to ACNO/DON.
• Maintain data records including attendance and benefits.
• Perform payroll, scheduling, benefits audits; research/correct problems.
• Provide clerical/admin support for ACNO/DON.
• Uphold MetroHealth System mission, values and customer service standards.
