Qualifications

• Five years of nursing experience required.
• Two years of nursing administrative experience in staffing operations or informatics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nursing Staffing Office operations and provide clinical/operational direction.
• Develop and implement staffing plans to optimize nurse scheduling and productivity.
• Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to improve staffing resources and budgeting.
• Oversee contracts with nursing agencies and coordinate scheduling processes.
• Monitor staffing metrics and ensure safe, quality patient care.
