Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Staffing Coordinator for Crestview Court in Cedar Hill, TX. This full-time role ensures appropriate staffing patterns and handles interviews, reference checks and scheduling.

You will conduct in-services and clinical education/orientation, may perform initial interviews, and provide EMR training. Proficiency in Excel and English is required; LVN license preferred in Texas.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Experience staffing in a 24-hour healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly nursing schedules and post them on a 6-week cycle.
• Prepare daily sign-in sheets two weeks in advance.
• Monitor staffing per PPD and census to minimize overtime.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks for nursing staff.
• Provide orientation and EMR training for nursing personnel.
