Responsibilities

• The Staffing Coordinator provides staffing and scheduling support for assigned departments.
• Collaborates with the CNO and Department Leadership to create and revise department schedules.
• Meet schedule posting deadlines according to Hospital policy or CBA.
• Schedule staff productively and cost-effectively, using staffing strategies.
• Forecasts staffing needs to avoid emergencies in staffing.
