Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of secretarial/computer and interpersonal experience.
• Good working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ANSOS scheduling inputs with unit master schedules and update daily profile sheets.
• Maintain and update staffing and time cards; assist with payroll editing as needed.
• Contact staff to cover vacancies and document on staffing log; assign to units and update profiles.
