Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for nursing departments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop and maintain relationships with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage and resolve staffing conflicts and issues in a fair and professional manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement staffing plans and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to staffing, scheduling and patient care.
