Job summary

Quail Run Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to provide department staffing and support for nursing units and the CNO.

Responsibilities include staffing with UKG, coordinating with CNO, Nurse Managers, and House Supervisors, covering PTO, processing calls-ins/absences, and providing reports to the CFO. Requirements include 1–3 years of staffing coordination experience, a high school diploma, BLS training, and Arizona fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ staffing coordination experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Handle With Care and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Providers required; training offered at the facility.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing for all nursing units using UKG, considering acuity, and collaborate with CNO/Nurse Managers/House Supervisors; cover PTO.
• Provide weekly overtime, 1:1 status, and temporary agency usage reports to CFO.
