Qualifications

• High school graduate; post-secondary business education desirable.
• Familiarity with a computer information system.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
• Able to use tact, discretion and persuasiveness in relationship with others.
• Demonstrates ability to work in an environment that promotes accountability, responsibility and collegiality.
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.
• Uses problem-solving techniques.
• Articulates and demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, values, mission and vision of MHM.

Responsibilities

• Maintains 24/7 staffing for inpatient nursing units and Emergency Department.
• Follows staffing guidance from the Nursing Team.
• Provides nursing supervisory coverage 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
