Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a dedicated Simulation Lab Technician to support nursing programs at the assigned campus. You will manage simulation equipment, maintain manikins, and set up scenarios to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities include programming simulator software, operating AV/debriefing systems, and supporting faculty and students with VR gear while maintaining safety and inventory records. A healthcare simulation background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; healthcare field experience preferred (paramedic/EMT/CNA/hospital tech).
• 1–2 years of simulation experience in education settings preferred.
• CHSOS certification preferred; required to obtain within three years if not certified on hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain simulation and skills lab equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Program simulator software to model physiological responses per scenarios.
• Operate AV, debriefing systems, and computer equipment for simulations.
• Support faculty and students with VR equipment and updates.
• Provide technical training and support to instructors on simulation procedures.
