Job summary

Metro Technology Centers is seeking a Technical Assistant for the STEM/Simulation Lab to support students under teacher guidance. Duties include assisting with demonstrations, preparing labs, and ensuring equipment readiness for simulations.

The role requires an LPN license in Oklahoma, a preferred Associates degree, and strong communication skills. This is a non-exempt, 10-month position with Monday–Friday schedule and benefits including retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred and LPN license in Oklahoma.
• Two years of LPN clinical practice in good standing.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to assist instructors with demonstrations and student remediation.

Responsibilities

• Assist students and small groups under teacher guidance.
• Prepare simulation labs and equipment before activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform pre-simulation checks.
• Maintain inventory and report safety concerns.
• Support attendance and remediation records.
